Hog Plum Methumbo

Ingredients:
500 gms Hog Plums
500 grams jaggery
100 grams fenugreek condiment oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp dry corander seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
pinch of asafoetida
4 red chillies

Method:
Cook Hog Plums in pressure cooker. Let it cool. Cut them into pieces as per linings. Remove seeds. Heat oil in fry pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry coriander seed asafoetida and
green chillies. 

Heat them till all the ingredients turn red brown. Season it into Hog Plum pieces. Prepare thin jaggery pieces, then add it to plum pieces. Mix it well. Make it thicker. Then add fenugreek condiments. Mix it well. Store it in a airtight jar.
