Ingredients:
10 kg long green pumpkin
1 ½ kg salt
1 kg mustard seed powder
turmeric powder, oil, jaggery as per requirement

Method:
Firstly wash long pumpkin in water. Make halves.
Apply salt on halves. Put it in a big bowl and add remaining salt. Put a lid.
Keep aside for a day.
Next day, put a clean plain cloth in sunshine.
Put all those halves upside down. Dry them till turn white.
After that cut them into small pieces, mix mustard seed powder with little water.
Batter it for sometime.
Add little salt to taste, Jagger powder and oil.
Mix all the ingredients well. Add pumpking pieces.
Mix them well. Store it in airtight jar.
