Ingredients:
1 kg green chillies
]50 gms dry coriander seeds
50 gms fennel seeds
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
7 pieces of cloves
5 pieces of cinnamon
10 big pieces of cardamom
10 pieces of black pepper
5 tsp oil
500 gms salt
300 gms mustard seeds powder
1 kg lemon juice
Method:
Wash green chillies in clean water. Dry it with a piece of linen. Cut them up
to 1/4th. Mix them with salt. First mix all the condiments. Heat oil in fry
pan. Add all condiment. Cook it till they turn brown. Cool it. Stuff it in
green chillies. Pour lemon juice in a bowl or plate. Add little oil and salt.
Mix stuffed chillies well. Add all the condiments. Mix it well and store it in
an airtight jar.
